1.. Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a motivated young engineer to provide technical support for our products: testers and network clocks. You will work closely with the CTO, Sales Managers, Intertational Customers and Business Partners.
Scope
This position involves the following major responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for testers and network clocks
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
- Assist in answering tenders with technical input and written documentation
- Support demos, installations, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and R&D
- Help to maintain technical documentation
- Stay updated on relevant technologies
Competencies
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Deep knowledge of Ethernet and IP networking technology and protocols
- A Cisco certificate such as CCNA will be valued
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PHP) will be valued

We are looking for a junior engineer in Electrical, Telecommunications or Electronics to be based in Barcelona (Spain). Should possess some knowledge in telecommunications and transmission technologies and have a passion to learn about new ones in telecommunication testing, equipment and its configuration.
Scope
This position involves the following major responsibilities:
- Find new Business channels
- Execute Marketing activities
- Execute Sales activities
Specific Duties
- Identifying new channels and clients
- Proactively develop sales opportunities
- Providing assistance and post-sale follow up to customerst
- Paper-work associated to sales (quotations, deliveries, invoices, etc)
- Dealing with international and multilingual phone calls and emails
- Maintenance of the CRM customer database
